Doubletree By Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort, Patong

My stay at the Doubletree was a mix of pleasant experiences and some frustrating moments. The location is unbeatable, right by the beach and close to all the action in Patong. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I lost an item and they went out of their way to return it to me. However, the housekeeping left a lot to be desired, and the facilities felt quite dated, impacting my overall comfort.
